Proxy Resolutions and Voting Guide Data Entry: The Proxy Resolutions and Voting Guide Data Entry position is a temporary, project position which will support the production of the 2026 edition of the Proxy Resolutions and Voting Guide. Key tasks will include entering resolutions in ICCR’s ShareEx Database, and corresponding with investors/members about their filings, along with proofreading and other administrative tasks. Hours will be 35 hours per week, January 7- February 27. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled. Read more here. Investor Alliance for Human Rights Internship: The Investor Alliance is seeking candidates for an internship on human rights in investment activities. The Intern will assist the Program Director on a range of human rights issues by completing research and analysis, assisting in corporate dialogues and communications, and providing support to the Investor Alliance team. Interning with ICCR
Interns who join ICCR will make a tremendous contribution to important work with an organization that helped to found and continues to shape the corporate social responsibility movement. ICCR interns learn the importance of shareholder activism and documenting company progress. Interns will be given the opportunity to engage with ICCR program staff, ICCR members, and to attend conferences in the New York area to gain a better understanding of the issues and the field of corporate social responsibility.
ICCR’s interns come to us from a wide range of academic programs and geographies and are asked to employ an equally wide range of skills to help ICCR further its mission.
ICCR’s internship program has three terms:
