2018
2018 has been a year of great accomplishment for ICCR members who used the proxy process to move companies on a host of ESG themes.  In spite of uncertainty generated by new proxy protocols at the SEC, strong support for members resolutions helped secure corporate commitments on issues such as ethical recruitment, methane emissions reductions, gun safety and opioid accountability.  Although there are a few AGMs left this proxy season, we are pleased to share this year’s round-up of some of our members’ more notable wins in the pdf below, Catalyzing Corporate Change.
