ICCR offers 3 basic levels of membership.  A brief description of each level follows:

Level 1: Faith-Based Members

Governance/ Participation:

Faith-based member organizations have full voting rights, are eligible for full participation on ICCR’s Governing Board and Board Committees and, as such, are responsible for strategy and policy development for the organization. Further, Faith-based members are eligible to participate in leadership teams and shape issue work.

Benefits:

Faith-based members have full access to ICCR’s Shareholder Actions database including ICCR-sponsored initiatives with thousands of corporations dating back to the early 90s. The database is a proprietary and comprehensive record by company of historical and pending shareholder actions.

Fees:
Annual membership dues calculated based on assets under management (AUM).

Level 2: Associate Members

Governance/ Participation:

Up to three Associate Members are eligible to become Board members and participate in Board Committees. Associates are eligible to join leadership teams.

Benefits:

Associate members have full access to ICCR’s Shareholder Actions database including ICCR-sponsored initiatives with thousands of corporations dating back to the early 90s. The database is a proprietary and comprehensive record by company of historical and pending shareholder actions.

Fees:
Associate members pay an annual scheduled fee based on AUM.

Level 3: Affiliate Members

Governance/ Participation:

Affiliates seek limited involvement in the operations and work of ICCR, frequently upgrading to Associates as their involvement grows over time.

Benefits:

Affiliate members have full access to the Members’ Area.

Fees:

Affiliates pay a flat annual fee based on type of institution i.e. faith-based, non-profit or for profit organization.
