Frank is an advocate for peace and justice as Associate Director of the Seventh Generation Interfaith Coalition for Responsible Investment and board member of the Interfaith Center for Corporate Responsibility. He is a member of the adjunct faculty of Cardinal Stritch University's College of Business and Management and gives back to the local community as a SCORE mentor to small businesses. Frank retired in 2012 after a 35-year career with Akzo Nobel, the world’s largest coatings and specialty chemicals company based in Amsterdam, NL. He led their global Surface Chemistry business unit and was President of the North American region. He participated on several trade association boards where he was a recognized industry leader in areas of sustainability, employee safety and product stewardship.
