About ICCR

ICCR is the pioneer coalition of shareholder advocates who view the management of their investments as a catalyst for social change. Its 300 member organizations comprise faith communities, socially responsible asset managers, unions, pensions, NGOs and other socially responsible investors with combined assets of over $200 billion. ICCR members engage hundreds of corporations annually in an effort to foster greater corporate accountability on questions such as climate change, corporate water stewardship, sustainable food production, human trafficking and slavery in global supply chains and increased access to financial and health care services for communities in need.

Twice a year, the full ICCR membership convenes for five days of meetings. These in-person convenings are an invaluable opportunity to become educated and develop strategy with staff and fellow members on program-related themes as well as to hone our corporate engagement strategies. Importantly, our conferences provide numerous opportunities for you to deepen connections with fellow investors and allies in the field of SRI.

ICCR’s Annual General Meeting generally takes place in the beginning of June at the home city of one of our members who helps host the conference. This conference is of particular importance due to the governance themes addressed and key decision-making that takes place, including the voting of board members.

ICCR staff and members also lead guided strategy sessions and panel discussions on ICCR's priority issues. As an attendee of this year's AGM you can expect sessions on the following issues:

  • Climate Change
  • Domestic and Global Health
  • Financial Services Reform
  • Food
  • Human Rights and Human Trafficking
  • Water

Past guest speakers have included staff of CDP, Access to Medicines Index, and others.
